The Raincloud team has 18 years’ experience of producing Flood Risk Assessments for a range of development types. We provide Flood Risk Assessments using best practice methodologies that are fully compliant with the following legislation and guidance:

• National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) for sites in England;

• National Planning Framework 4 (NPF4) for sites in Scotland; and

• Technical Advice Note 15 (TAN15) for sites in Wales.
